Apprentices have cause to celebrate

Qualitative masterpiece: SCHUNK apprentices impressed with their pinball machine at AMB.

Our apprentices, now in their second year of training, have achieved a great success. In the “Art meets technology — we are back in the game” competition held as part of the leading AMB trade show, they achieved first place in the quality category with their re-interpreted pinball machine.

The foundation for this and other such successes was laid by a total of 70 apprentices and students who started their careers at various SCHUNK locations this year. In addition to technical expertise and interesting practical projects, the focus is also on independent work with state-of-the-art machine and plant technology.

For the personal development of young people, SCHUNK offers programs for social commitment, involvement in inclusion projects, and attractive health and fitness offerings.
