The easy­JAW chuck jaw con­fig­u­ra­tor makes the every­day work of its users eas­i­er. In just a few clicks, you can eas­i­ly and intu­itive­ly cus­tomize your pre­ferred clamp­ing jaws and order them direct­ly. No design knowl­edge at all is required for its use. A 3D mod­el in the brows­er always adapts to the mod­i­fi­ca­tions that have been made. That means cus­tomers can always keep an overview of the sta­tus of their con­fig­u­ra­tions. This con­cept was also impres­sive for the jury of the Ger­man Inno­va­tion Awards 2023, which hon­ored the easy­JAW in the “W2 Excel­lence in Busi­ness to Busi­ness — Machines & Engi­neer­ing” cat­e­go­ry.

At the moment, in addi­tion to soft top jaws, jaw blanks, full grip jaws and soft monoblock jaws, RAPIDO quick-change jaws are also avail­able. Lat­er in the year, claw jaws and inter­me­di­ate jaws will com­plete the offer. The easy­JAW con­fig­u­ra­tor offers the option of mod­i­fy­ing jaws in terms of geom­e­try, bore holes, inter­faces and even mate­r­i­al. Espe­cial­ly con­ve­nient for cus­tomers: easy­JAW shows the cal­cu­lat­ed price and deliv­ery time dur­ing con­fig­u­ra­tion. Once the order is placed, things move along quick­ly: all soft jaws, for exam­ple, are deliv­ered with­in a max­i­mum of two weeks – that‘s four times faster than com­pa­ra­ble spe­cial solu­tions.
