Flex­i­ble and intel­li­gent

The new cor­ro­sion-pro­tect­ed and low-wear uni­ver­sal grip­per EGU is robust and ver­sa­tile. For devi­at­ing work­piece weights, its pow­er can be increased flex­i­bly by up to 150% in Strong­Grip mode. The grip­per for small com­po­nents EGK, on the oth­er hand, is the spe­cial­ist for frag­ile work­pieces. This makes it the per­fect grip­per for elec­tron­ics man­u­fac­tur­ing and lab­o­ra­to­ry automa­tion.

Thanks to the vari­ety of inter­faces, the two mecha­tron­ic grip­pers can be inte­grat­ed quick­ly and eas­i­ly into all sys­tems with no effort.

Elec­tric debur­ring

Robot-assist­ed, many post-pro­cess­ing steps can be made more accu­rate, faster and more effi­cient. SCHUNK now offers the elec­tric debur­ring spin­dle RCE in addi­tion to its pneu­mat­ic tools. This ener­gy-effi­cient tool oper­ates par­tic­u­lar­ly qui­et­ly and can cope with a wide vari­ety of work­pieces due to the adjustable speed of rota­tion of up to 50,000 RPM and the adjustable con­tact force. Users can cus­tomize these para­me­ters to achieve opti­mal rework­ing results.
