The auto­matic CPS tool changer, consisting of a change master and adapter, opti­mizes the changing of end effec­tors. The CPS mini­mizes the down­times of the system and thus increases its capacity utiliza­tion and flex­i­bility. The changer is robust and designed for a long service life. It works with a proven locking mech­a­nism and can be indi­vid­u­ally adapted to different require­ments thanks to an exten­sive range of acces­sories.

High-preci­sion sensor systems

The 6‑axis FTS force/torque sensor measures forces and torques with high reso­lu­tion and accu­racy. Contin­uous moni­toring leads to precise results and consis­tent quality in produc­tion. Equipped with protec­tion class IP67, the FTS sensor in new sizes offers reli­a­bility even under demanding condi­tions. Thanks to the inter­face box, it can be flex­ibly adapted to different inter­faces. This enables simple inte­gra­tion into existing systems.

Compen­sating for toler­ances

The AGM compen­sa­tion unit masters toler­ances and thus increases the reli­a­bility of robot appli­ca­tions. The modular AGM product family compen­sates for move­ments in all direc­tions, for loads from a few grams to 400 kilo­grams. The patented spring cartridges enable precise weight compen­sa­tion, even in a hori­zontal or inclined (spatial) posi­tion, while the stable and robust guides ensure a long service life.
