At both loca\u00adtions in Lauffen and Hausen, SCHUNK employees invited their fami\u00adlies and close rela\u00adtives to expe\u00adri\u00adence produc\u00adtion, prod\u00aducts and the company\u2019s own training center up close.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI can finally show my family where I spend my time every day.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Inter\u00adesting insights<\/h2>\n<p>On well-sign\u00adposted tours equipped with many explana\u00adtory stations, approx\u00adi\u00admately 3,500 visi\u00adtors were able to gain an impres\u00adsion of their rela\u00adtives\u2018 working world in the exten\u00adsive plant and produc\u00adtion halls. \u201cFrom the office to manu\u00adfac\u00adturing, we saw it all. This was ensured by a varied supporting program. There were plenty of exciting attrac\u00adtions for guests both young and old \u2013 including an elec\u00adtric surf\u00adboard, two bouncy castles, and a mechan\u00adical bull. A special high\u00adlight for the little ones was the fork\u00adlift course, which took quite a bit of skill and was popular with everyone. Food and drink were also well taken care of: a diverse selec\u00adtion of dishes and cool bever\u00adages was avail\u00adable from numerous food trucks. With summer-like temper\u00ada\u00adtures, the ice cream was partic\u00adu\u00adlarly well received not only with the little ones. The atmos\u00adphere was relaxed and familiar and char\u00adac\u00adter\u00adized by great team spirit. \u201cWe are a very big family,\u201d said one visitor. Kristina I.
